ADX Brisbane 2025 Promotional Offer

• INTRODUCTION
  Participation in this promotional offer is subject to the following terms and conditions, including all information provided on eligibility, offer details, and redemption requirements. By redeeming this promotional offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The Promoter is Air Health Group Pty Ltd (ABN: 1800876453), trading as AirSmile.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The promotional offer commences at 10:00 AM on Thursday, 20th March 2025, and ends at 4:00 PM on Monday, 24th March 2025 (AEST), or when all 20 promotional subscriptions have been claimed, whichever occurs first.

ELIGIBILITY
This promotional offer is available to Eligible Participants, who must:

Be a resident of Australia, aged 18 years or over.
Own or represent a registered dental practice business in Australia.
Not be an Ineligible Person (as defined below).

Ineligible Participants
The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate in this promotional offer:

Directors, managers, employees, and contractors of the Promoter or its associated entities.
Immediate family members of the above-mentioned individuals.
Employees or representatives of third-party suppliers, agencies, or partners associated with this promotion.

HOW TO REDEEM THE OFFER
To claim the 12-month free subscription to Secure Correspondence, Eligible Participants must:

Attend the ADX Brisbane event during the promotional period.
Visit the AirSmile booth and collect a unique promotional code from the team.
Create an AirSmile practice account (or log in to an existing account).
Subscribe to Secure Correspondence and enter the promotional code at checkout.
Accept the terms and conditions of use for Secure Correspondence.
Important:

The promotional code must be redeemed before 4:00 PM AEST on 24th March 2025.
The offer is limited to the first 20 eligible redemptions only.
The promotional code is single-use, valid for new Secure Correspondence sign-ups only, and cannot be applied to existing subscriptions.

PROMOTIONAL OFFER DETAILS
Eligible participants who successfully redeem the offer will receive 12 months (1 year) free subscription to Secure Correspondence on AirSmile.
The free subscription provides unlimited secure emails and data transfers for the 12-month period.
At the end of the 12-month period, standard pricing at the time will apply unless the subscription is cancelled before renewal.
This promotional offer cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding eligibility, redemption, or any disputes arising from this promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotional offer at any time without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances arise, subject to applicable laws.
AirSmile reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and refuse redemption if any information provided is false, misleading, or does not comply with these terms.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or misdirected redemptions due to technical issues, internet outages, or participant errors.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participating in this promotional offer or using Secure Correspondence.
Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for complying with Australian privacy laws when using Secure Correspondence for patient data transfer.
By accepting this offer, participants agree to the Secure Correspondence terms of use, which govern the ongoing use of the platform.
